Welcome to Shreefly. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or travel booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of our platform and the services we provide.

Shreefly acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa agencies, and tour companies. While we facilitate bookings and payments, the responsibility of delivering the booked services lies with the respective service providers. All bookings are subject to their availability and confirmation, and prices may change until full payment has been completed.

When making a booking, you are required to provide accurate and complete traveler details, including names, ages, passport details, and any special requirements. Any errors or omissions may result in additional costs or denial of services. Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other supported gateways, and are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Shreefly may apply a service or convenience fee, which is non-refundable.

Cancellations, refunds, and modifications are governed by the rules of the airlines, hotels, or other providers involved in your booking. Some fares or packages may be completely non-refundable, and in cases where refunds are permitted, they will typically be processed within 7–21 business days, depending on banking and provider timelines. Refunds exclude service fees charged by Shreefly. In most cases, no refunds are available for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Modifications such as date changes or name corrections are also subject to provider rules and additional charges.

It is your responsibility to carry valid travel documents such as passports, visas, government-issued IDs, and health certificates. Shreefly is not liable for issues arising from visa rejections, denied boarding, immigration restrictions, or non-compliance with health and vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 regulations.

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected and used. We may collect details such as your name, contact information, payment details, and travel documents to process bookings and provide services. While we implement secure encryption and follow industry standards to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and information may be shared with service providers solely for booking purposes.

As a booking platform, Shreefly does not guarantee or control the quality, safety, or timeliness of services provided by airlines, hotels, or partners. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties or events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, technical issues, or pandemics. In any case, our liability, if proven, will not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

All content available on www.shreefly.com, including our logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Shreefly and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

At Shreefly, we strive to make your travel experience smooth and hassle-free. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds of bookings made through our platform.

1. General Terms

  • All bookings made on Shreefly are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or service providers.
     
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or have special restrictions. Customers are advised to review fare/rate rules before booking.
     
  • Shreefly charges a service/convenience fee on certain bookings, which is non-refundable.
     

2. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by airline rules.
     
  • Airline cancellation fees + Shreefly service fee will apply.
     
  • Name/date changes or re-routing are subject to airline policies and may involve additional charges.
     
  • No-show (failure to board flight) bookings are generally non-refundable.
     

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel cancellation rules vary by property, room type, and booking plan.
     
  • Some hotel rates are non-refundable, while others may allow free cancellation within a specific time frame.
     
  • No-show at the hotel without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
     

4. Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Cancellations are subject to Shreefly’s and third-party vendor policies.
     
  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on the package, season, and time of cancellation.
     
  • Partial cancellations are usually not permitted on packages.
     

5. Visa & Ancillary Services

  • Visa processing fees, insurance charges, and service add-ons (like seat selection, meals, transfers) are non-refundable once applied for/processed.
     

6. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after receiving confirmation from the service provider.
     
  • Refunds may take 7–21 business days to reflect in your bank/card account, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
     
  • Shreefly is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or service providers.
     

7. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

  • In cases such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, refund and cancellation policies will follow service provider rules.
     
  • In some cases, full refunds may not be possible, and credits or rescheduling options may be provided instead.

  • No-show or late arrival at airport/hotel.
